WOODBLOCKS FOR MOUNTING DECO
SWITCHES & RECEPTACLES

With screws close to the inner edges so that the plates cover these wood screws the block is fixed to the wall.
The switces or reeceptacles are then wired up and
screwed onto the block with the aid of the paper template shown below.
The cover plate is then screwed on with screws supplied

The strip is inserted through thr hole snd glued
to the back of the wall cladding ( eg. plaster ).
The toggle switches or receptacles are then fixed
with the bolt going through the wall cladding
and screwing to the plate behind.

Two horizontal pieces of timber 2-7/8" (74mm)
apart are inserted between two vertical
wall studs before the wall cladding is put on.
A pointy scriber is pushed through the crosses of the diagram to enable the toggle switches or receptacles to be screwed down.
The cover plate is then fixed with supplied
screws to the toggle switches or receptacles.

DECO WALL BOXES

These wall boxes are the easiest way of
installing the Deco Switch Range if the wall cladding hasn't yet been put on.
They can be srewed or nailed to wall studs
or are ideal for brick or concrete walls.
