We do not have the attachments to fit this lid to your toilet. The lid is sold purely as a separate replacement item only, as pictured.
If you already have the Paramount P.M. MONK brand of toilet seat then you should be able to use your existing backing bolts or backflap to secure the replacement lid to your toilet seat.

Because there are sliding tracks in the BASE PLATE
into which the bolt heads fit - - -
and the fact that the bolts are made offcentre to the bolt heads - - -
there is an array of adjustments to fit any number of pan hole variations.
AFTER SIMPLY SLOTTING THE HYGIENIC PLASTIC BOLTS INTO THE TRACKS
THE SEAT & LID ARE LOWERED ONTO THE PAN
AND SECURED WITH THE WINGNUTS SUPPLIED.

We think that BASE PLATE
has always been made in plastic
as there is no record of them ever being made in Bakelite.

The following measurements don't include the protrusions which are part of the lid and seat
making up the hinge through which the rod fits.

The fixing bolts are ADJUSTABLE
to fit the holes in the top of your toilet

The fittings will fit in the toilet bowl if you measure between these holes of your toilet.
